The mold and injection molding workshop is located next to our factory, equipped with sophisticated digital machines above conventional market standards to ensure a solid structural foundation for each product. 2. Modern Dust-Free Assembly Lines

Covering an area of 4,000 square meters. The factory is equipped with production, injection molding, assembly, and testing workshops with large volume. After a recent large-scale adjustment and screening, there are about more than 100 qualified assembly workers which are reasonably distributed in different departments and all with good professional & ethical quality.

We introduce advanced manufacturing equipment, CNC machines, and high-end test instruments. In order to meet our clients' different requirements, we set the workshops based on 5S standard dust-free environment. Our monthly production and assembly capacity is up to 50,000 units!

3. Rigorous Quality Inspection Department

In order to ensure the performance of each machine and minimize the after-sale defect rate for customers, we have equipped two groups of test rooms, a total of 12 test rooms. Professional and senior quality inspectors test incoming material (IQC), perform the first inspection after finishing assembly (IPQC), and conduct sample inspection before shipment (OQC).

4. Continuous Aging & Thermal Testing

The aging test room is next to the functional test room in order to improve work efficiency and reduce work errors, and can allow at least 200 machines for aging test at the same time. The aging cycles last between 4 to 8 hours under full load, validating driver board thermal dissipation, lamp stability, and voltage adaptation across multiple international configurations.

5. Order Packaging & Warehouse Management

Our dedicated warehouse covers a 300 square meters area for finished products, located directly next to the packaging line.
