To support scalable production, Youxi operates a dedicated assembly facility spanning approximately 1,000 square meters in Fenggang Town, Dongguan City (a 25-minute drive from our Shenzhen headquarters). This facility currently employs around 100 professionals and maintains a monthly production capacity exceeding 30,000 units.

In our modern workshop, we introduce advanced manufacturing equipment, CNC machines, and high-end test instruments. To meet diverse client requirements, we build workshops based on 5S standards, providing dust-free environments for every device. Our monthly assembly capacity reaches up to 50,000 units.
To guarantee product performance and reduce after-sale defect rates, we operate two groups of test rooms, totaling 12 dedicated test rooms. Here, professional quality inspectors test incoming raw materials, conduct first-article inspections after assembly, and perform sample inspections before shipment.
Our aging test room is located next to the functional test room to optimize workflows and reduce errors. This setup allows at least 200 machines to undergo simultaneous aging tests. Following quality control checks, products are moved to our 300-square-meter finished goods warehouse next to the packaging line, ready for swift dispatch.
