The mold and injection molding workshop is located next to our factory, equipped with sophisticated digital machines above conventional market standards to ensure a good foundation for each product. By controlling housing tolerances at the sub-millimeter level, we ensure the projector chassis fits securely, sealing off gaps where dust could infiltrate the cooling channels.
Covering an area of 4,000 square meters, the facility features production, injection molding, assembly, and testing workshops with large volume. After recent optimizations, our workforce includes over 100 qualified assembly professionals, reasonably distributed across departments and held to high professional and ethical standards. To meet varied client requirements, our workshops operate under 5S dust-free standards for every unit of product. This environment prevents dust from entering the open optical components during assembly. Our monthly production and assembly capacity reaches up to 50,000 units.
To ensure performance and control the post-sale defect rate for our customers, we operate two groups of test rooms, totaling 12 dedicated spaces. Professional quality inspectors test incoming materials, conduct the first inspection after assembly, and perform sample inspections before shipment. Inspectors project pure white screens to check for dark spots, chromatic aberration, or dust anomalies.
The aging test room is located next to the functional test room to optimize efficiency and minimize errors. It accommodates at least 200 machines at a time.
