The mold and injection molding workshop is located next to our factory, equipped with sophisticated digital machines above conventional market standards to ensure a good foundation for each product. This proximity allows our engineering team to inspect and refine structural components in real time, preventing defects like plastic warping or structural variations.
Covering an area of 4000 square meters, our facility includes production, injection molding, assembly, and testing workshops with large volume. After recent large-scale adjustments and screening, there are about more than 100 qualified assembly workers who are reasonably distributed in different departments and all with good professional & ethical quality. Guided by a strict 5S protocol, we clean and maintain our workspaces to prevent particulate contamination of the optical engines. With advanced manufacturing equipment, CNC machinery, and high-end test instruments, our monthly production and assembly capacity reaches up to 50,000 units!
To ensure the performance of each machine and minimize post-sale defect rates, we operate two testing groups across 12 dedicated rooms. Professional, senior quality inspectors test incoming materials, conduct a first inspection immediately after assembly, and perform final sample inspections prior to dispatch.
To streamline operations and minimize error rates, the aging test room is located directly adjacent to the functional testing rooms. The space is equipped to stress-test at least 200 projectors simultaneously. Each unit undergoes multi-hour operational cycles to verify LED driving boards, cooling systems, and power conversion circuits before packaging.
We maintain a clean, organized 300-square-meter warehouse for finished products located next to our packaging line. This layout facilitates direct, streamlined transit from final packaging to shipping bays, preventing stock congestion and protecting goods from environmental hazards.
