The mold and injection molding workshop is located next to our main factory, equipped with sophisticated digital machines above conventional market standards to ensure a solid foundation for every projector body and internal chassis. Covering an area of 4,000 square meters, the factory is equipped with large-volume production, injection molding, assembly, and testing workshops. After recent large-scale adjustments and screenings, we have assembled a team of over 100 qualified assembly workers. They are distributed across departments, bringing high professional skill and strong ethical standards to their work.
Our modern production and assembly workshop features advanced manufacturing equipment, CNC machines, and high-end test instruments. To meet the diverse requirements of our global client base, we maintain our workshops based on a 5S dust-free standard. To ensure consistent machine performance and control the post-sale defect rate for our customers, we operate two distinct testing groups across 12 dedicated rooms.
