1. Mold Injection & Tooling Workshop

The mold and injection molding workshop is located next to our factory, equipped with sophisticated digital machines above conventional market standards to ensure a good foundation for each product. 4. Rigorous Thermal & Stress Aging Tests

The aging test room is next to the functional test room in order to improve work efficiency and reduce work errors, and can allow at least 200 machines for aging test at the same time. Each unit is powered on continuously to test optical driver temperature stability, LED heat-sink cooling fan efficiency, and power IC endurance under real-world ambient room configurations.

5. Finished Goods Logistics & Warehousing

Our warehouse covers a 300 square meters area for the finished products next to the packaging line. This storage is climate-controlled and static-dissipative, protecting critical semiconductor chips and smart systems inside each project unit from voltage leaks or dampness prior to loading and container transport to Hong Kong Port.
