The mold and injection molding workshop is located next to our factory, equipped with sophisticated digital machines above conventional market standards to ensure a good foundation for each product. By manufacturing structural shells and optical housing components in-house, we control dimensional tolerances to within 0.05mm. This high precision prevents light leakage and ensures optimal alignment for long-term projection stability.
Covering an area of 4000 square meters, the factory is equipped with production, injection molding, assembly, and testing workshops with large volume. After recent large-scale adjustments and screening, we have about more than 100 qualified assembly workers who are reasonably distributed in different departments, all demonstrating excellent professional and ethical quality.
Within our modern workshops, we introduce the most advanced manufacturing equipment, CNC machines, and high-end test instruments. To meet our clients’ varying requirements, we maintain workshops based on 5S standards, offering dust-free areas for every unit. Our monthly production and assembly capacity is up to 50,000 units.
To ensure the performance of each machine and lower the after-sale defect rate for customers, we have equipped two groups of test rooms (totaling 12 test rooms). Here, professional and senior quality inspectors test incoming materials, conduct the first inspection after assembly, and run sample inspections before shipment.
The aging test room is located next to the functional test room to improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors. This setup allows at least 200 machines to undergo continuous aging tests at the same time, helping verify thermal dissipation stability and electrical performance.
We operate a dedicated warehouse covering 300 square meters for finished products, located next to the packaging line. This layout facilitates direct, dust-free routing from the final inspection stages to international transit packaging, ensuring our equipment remains protected for overseas shipping.
