Detailed insights into our production processes across specialized workshops to maintain standard-certified consistency.
A quality projection device begins with mechanical design. Our structural tooling facility, adjacent to the assembly hub, is equipped with CNC machinery and precision EDM processing equipment. We mold structural elements within a tolerance margin of <0.05mm to ensure structural alignment, low thermal expansion, and rattle-free audio chamber enclosures.

Operating across 4,000 square meters of production area, our facility employs over 100 technicians. To prevent dust contamination on the internal optical blocks of LCD and DLP projectors, we integrate Class 10,000 dust-free workspaces for optical block installation. We apply 5S methodology throughout production, achieving a monthly delivery capacity of up to 50,000 units.

To reduce out-of-box defects, we run two dedicated quality departments and 12 custom optoelectronic testing rooms. Quality inspectors execute three phases of inspection: IQC for components, dynamic software calibration post-assembly, and AQL sample verification before cargo distribution.

Led light drivers and optical light sources require thermal stabilizing to prevent early lifespan failures. Our burn-in facility holds up to 200 projectors simultaneously. Units undergo continuous high-heat stress cycles ranging from 4 to 8 hours while running real-time software diagnostics, confirming color accuracy and driver stability.

Finished goods are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse spanning 300 square meters. The warehouse layout uses automated tracking protocols to safeguard and organize products for shipping, reducing the risk of transport moisture or physical shocks.

Driving interactive visual innovations through systemic miniaturization and smart ecosystem connectivity.
Our new Smart Ring OEM/ODM division integrates wearable micro-control rings. These devices act as presentations pointers and touch controllers for smart projection systems.
Developing laser and micro-DMD components to achieve pocketable projection housings, while maintaining output performance of 400 ANSI lumens or above.
We provide customized services to meet international enterprise requirements and regulatory standards.
Whether you require a standard White-Label hardware deployment (OEM) or complete mechanical and electrical development from engineering schematic levels (ODM), our teams support your project. We also offer Material-Specified Manufacturing (MSM) allowing purchasers to choose their preferred brands for optical chips, chipsets, or flash storage.
Our export configurations are certified to meet major international standards. Depending on destination markets, we provide certifications including CE, FCC, RoHS, CCC, PSE, and BIS, simplifying customs clearing and entry into retail networks.
| Compliance Standard | Target Region | Scope & Scope Focus |
|---|---|---|
| CE / RoHS | European Union | EMC, safety, and electronic waste guidelines |
| FCC | United States | RF emissions and wireless connectivity compliance |
| PSE | Japan | Safety and power management metrics |
| BIS | India | Optoelectronic product certification parameters |
| CCC | China | Standard domestic compliance protocols |
Answers to questions from wholesale distributors, procurement managers, and brand managers.
For basic logo printing, our minimum order quantity typically starts at 500 units. For complete mold modification or deep software modifications (custom system launch animation, unique user interface), the standard threshold is 1,000 units.
We use components from certified optoelectronic manufacturers, including Texas Instruments for DLP chips and BOE for high-contrast LCD panels. Clients can select component tiers based on budget and market needs.
We use heat-pipe cooling assemblies paired with variable-speed silent cooling fans. This keeps operating noise below 28dB while maintaining safe operating temperatures for the electronics.
We provide a standard 12-month factory warranty on all smart projectors. To support after-sales operations, we can supply 1-2% spare units or key maintenance components with bulk orders.
Yes. Under our ODM services, we configure the custom Android OS to preload regional apps, input methods, and language profiles to meet local market requirements.
Our logistics team handles export documentation and overland transport to the Hong Kong port. This structure helps minimize transshipment delays for our clients.
