Over 100 highly qualified assembly workers operate under strict dust-free 5S conditions, keeping our monthly production capacity up to 50,000 units.
To control the after-sale defect rate, we have equipped two groups of test rooms (12 test rooms in total) to monitor incoming materials, perform initial assembly checks, and test samples prior to delivery. The adjacent aging lab supports simultaneous testing of at least 200 units to ensure long-term system stability.
